Ownership & evidence
How the gold is allocated, who retains legal title and what documentation you receive.
SECURITY & TRANSPARENCY
Gold leasing deserves a close look at ownership, custody and contracting parties. Our approach is to answer the important questions clearly before a decision is made.
The security arrangements are determined by the specific contracts. These four points form the basis of an informed decision.
How the gold is allocated, who retains legal title and what documentation you receive.
Who holds the gold, where it is used during leasing and how holdings are documented.
Who your contracting parties are, how their obligations are structured and what security is actually agreed.
When remuneration is accounted for, what costs apply and how gold is returned at the end of the term.
| Banking partners | Not yet named. Binding partner information belongs in the final product documents. |
|---|---|
| Guarantees | No bank or capital guarantee is promised. Only explicitly agreed security arrangements apply. |
| Brussels | Named as a location in the concept. The confirmed business address will be added to the legal notice. |
FOUR CLEAR STEPS
From the first conversation to the contractual arrangements: know what comes next.
In a no-obligation conversation, we discuss your intended investment, time horizon and questions about gold leasing.
Review the specific product sheet covering the term, remuneration, costs, ownership arrangements and contracting parties.
Once the agreement is signed, the gold is made available for leasing under the agreed structure. Its use and return are governed by the contract.
Statements are intended to clearly show your gold holdings and leasing income actually credited. At the end of the term, the agreed return or renewal options apply.
YOUR QUESTIONS
Gold leasing makes gold available to a business for a limited period. The business pays an agreed fee in return. The contract covers matters including ownership, use, duration and the return of the gold.
Income is intended to come from the leasing fees paid by participating businesses. Changes in the gold price are a separate factor: they may also increase or reduce the value of your gold holdings.
It is the upper target level envisaged in the concept, not an assured return or a standard rate already available. The rate actually offered, term, costs and settlement arrangements are set out in the relevant product sheet and agreement.
The concept is centred on physical gold ownership. The specific contractual structure must establish how ownership is created, documented and protected during leasing. The documents relating to your offer are decisive.
A custody structure within the EU is envisaged. The final documents will identify the custodian, location, arrangements during active leasing and scope of insurance.
Return, sale and any early termination are governed by the relevant agreement. Access to the gold may be restricted during an agreed lease term. You review these conditions before making a decision.
