Capital and returns
Invested capital and agreed returns may be lost in part or in full. The target of up to 8.00% p.a. is not a guarantee, a reliable forecast or an already confirmed rate. Illustrative calculations show assumptions and do not predict actual performance. Gold and leasing claims are not covered by statutory deposit protection.
Gold price and valuation
The market price of gold can fluctuate substantially. Even if the quantity of gold remains unchanged, its value in euros may fall. Buying and selling spreads, costs and timing affect the outcome. If a later product also includes silver, corresponding market-price risks apply to silver as well.
Counterparties and ownership rights
Lessees, intermediaries, custodians or other parties may delay or fail to fulfil obligations, including in insolvency. Physical existence alone does not ensure return. Actual ownership allocation, effective contracts, enforceable claims and any agreed security are decisive. Security may also lose value or prove insufficient when enforced.
Term and liquidity
Gold may be committed for an agreed term. Early return, payment, termination or sale may be unavailable, delayed or possible only at a discount and with costs. A secondary market providing availability at any time is not promised.
Currencies
Gold is often valued internationally in US dollars. Exchange-rate movements can affect its euro value and the outcome. Remuneration paid in gold does not eliminate this valuation risk. Further currency risks may arise from contracts and payments in other currencies.
Custody, transport and insurance
Theft, loss, fraud, damage and errors in inventory records or delivery can cause losses. Planned EU custody alone says nothing about the location of use during leasing or protection in insolvency. Insurance covers only specified risks within contractual limits. Insured shipment of welcome gold does not automatically protect investment capital or leasing returns.
Taxes and costs
Tax treatment depends on your personal situation, contractual rights and the countries involved, and may change. Gold purchase, leasing remuneration and disposal may be treated differently. Fees, custody, insurance, transport, exchange rates and taxes can reduce the outcome; binding details are set out in the contract documents.
Legal and operational implementation
Changes in laws, regulatory requirements or operating arrangements may affect the concept. The need for authorisations, product information or specific distribution restrictions depends on its final structure. Banking partners, a Brussels location and guarantees apply only if specifically identified and documented. This website confirms no such arrangements.
Information and project status

No affiliation with the existing provider Monetary Metals is claimed. Before deciding, the specific offer should be reviewed for its contracting parties, product sheet, ownership rights, remuneration, costs, term, security and risks.
